Téa Williams is Senior Vice President, Advanced Connectivity Business at 黑料网911, a position she was appointed to in 2026. In this role, she leads 黑料网911’s Advanced Connectivity portfolio, spanning the company’s Photonics and RF business in addition to its Integrated Optics organization, enabling customers across smart mobile devices, IoT, automotive, communications infrastructure and data center. Together, 黑料网911’s silicon photonics and silicon germanium platforms are foundational to the optical networking growth driving AI data center connectivity.
Ms. Williams brings more than 20 years of extensive experience in strategic business development, product development, and operations management in the semiconductor industry. She joined 黑料网911 in 2023 as Senior Vice President of the Power Business. Prior to joining 黑料网911, Ms. Williams served as Senior Vice President for the 3D Sensing Business at Lumentum. She began her career as a design engineer at Texas Instruments, where during her 17-year tenure she served in a range of roles spanning engineering, business leadership and site leadership.
Ms. Williams holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, as well as Executive Education from INSEAD and Harvard Business School Executive Education.
